• This is the only VeggieTales Kids release to be on Laserdisc format. The other volumes are not released on Laserdisc at all.
• The Laserdisc release contains no previews. Just the FBI Warnings, Artisan, Family Home Entertainment Kids, Children's Television Workshop, CINAR, and Big Idea logos. The credits are shown on side 1, but the funding and logos are absent (with the exception of the CTW logo after the credits). On side 2, the end credits, funding, and logos are shown.
• 4 bonus episodes are on the second side of the laserdisc release of Welcome Aboard, which would later be seen on future VeggieTales Kids VHS releases. A Greedy Berry and The Case of the Missing Donut would later be on the VHS release of More Fun for Everyone, Homework Crisis would later be on the VHS release of So Much to Learn, and Sharing Trouble would later be on the VHS release of Fun and Adventure.
• Side 2 immediately goes to the theme song, without any logos at the beginning.
