On May 8, 2007, Lionsgate, Cookie Jar, and the Sesame Workshop released an entire VeggieTales Kids DVD box set featuring all 12 Best of DVDs. These include

- Even though the box says Lionsgate on the packaging The entire set contains the original DVD releases inside, still reading Artisan on volumes 1 through 7, Family Home Entertainment Kids on volumes 1 through 9, Lions Gate Home Entertainment on volumes 8 through 11, and Lionsgate on volume 12.
- Each volume ends with a completely different DVD authoring logo after the Artisan/Lions Gate Home Entertainment/Lionsgate logos depending on the volume. Volume 1 uses the animated Digital Video Compression Center logo from 2001, (with the laser carving out the logo) volumes 2-4 use the SpeeDVD logo, volumes 5-6 use the Stream Creative Services logo, volumes 7-9 use the Deluxe Digital Studios globe logo from 2002-2005, (on a black and white gradient background) volumes 10-11 use the Deluxe Digital Studios grid logo from 2005-2006, (on a red background) (with a byline reading A Division of Deluxe Laboratories, on Volume 10) and Volume 12 uses the Deluxe Digital Studios sketch logo from 2006-2016 (on a white background that turns into blue walls after becoming CGI animated)
- Most of the DVDs also end with a PBS Kids logo during 2 halves. In the first half of Volume 1, The Best of Larry the Cucumber DVD, after the first half of the episodes are over, the PBS Kids Dash Transformation logo (caveman, scuba diver, and robot) is used. In the second half, after the bonus episodes are over, it uses the PBS Kids Dot Transformation logo. On Volumes 2, 3, and 4, they go in reverse order, meaning the Dot Transformation logo is used in the first half, and the Dash Transformation logo is used in the second half. On Volume 5, the PBS Kids Dash Transformation logo is used in the first half, while the Fishbowl logo is used on the second half. Volume 6, also has the Fishbowl logo on the second half, but the Snowglobe logo is on the first half. Volume 7, has the Dot Transformation logo on the first half, while the Snowglobe logo is on the second half. Volume 8 uses the Fishbowl logo on the first half, and the Dash Transformation logo on the second half. Volume 9 has the same order if logos as Volume 5. Volume 10 has the Dot logo on the first half, and the Snowglobe logo on the second half. Volumes 11 and 12, has 8 full episodes instead of 4 being split in 2 halves. Volume 11 has the PBS Kids Fishbowl logo, and Volume 12 has the PBS Kids Snowglobe logo.
