VeggieTales: Revival was a 2015-2021 American computer generated/live action christian entertainment series created by Mike Nawrocki and co-created by Phil Vischer. The series first aired on November 21st, 2015 with the episode "Larry's Finest Invention" and stopped airing on June 6th, 2021 with the show's final episode titled "The Vegetable Year War" which parodied World War Z and other zombie movies. The show came back for a brief period of time for new episodes on December 10th, 2021-June 7th, 2022 and made it's final return with a brand new season on November 24th, 2022.
It was revealed on Nawrocki's twitter that the new episodes revealed in 2021 and 2022 were actually going to be the show's planned theatrical movie but due to licensing issues to some songs and many, many animation errors, the film was initially scrapped and replaced with the newer episodes.

The show was created and co-created by Mike Nawrocki and Phil Vischer when they felt like the ending of Noah's Ark wasn't all that good and decided to make a reboot series using the new Netflix designs. They initially came up with a series idea that involves the characters going back to the old countertop and doing one bible story at a time just like they've always been doing, well except in the new age.
Just like the original show's rules that his mom gave him, Phil would tell Nawrocki that he cannot portray Jesus Christ as a vegetables and he cannot make the characters have redemptive relationships with god.
