- Much like The Ultimate Pre-Jonah Episode Countdown, due to episodes being in the countdown, the DVD of it is split into 5 discs, with the fifth one being a "bonus features" disc.
- When trying to access the bonus features on the first four discs, a screen pops up that says "Bonus features are only available on Disc 5. If you wish to access them, please eject this disc and insert Disc 5."
- Despite it featuring episodes that came before The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything: A VeggieTales Movie, "The Star of Christmas", "An Easter Carol" and "LarryBoy and the Bad Apple" aren't included because the former two are holiday specials, and the latter is a LarryBoy episode.
