Plot[]
Bob the Tomato walks to Mr. Jerrycone's science class, and Mr. Jerrycone begins talking about the 4 different seasons of the year. First, Mr. Jerrycone talks about winter, and tells the class that winter is the very first season of the year. He then explains to the students that winter is the coldest season of the year, and also the snowiest season. He then tells the students that the fun things you can do in the wintertime is go skiing, have a wonderful Christmas party, and throw snowballs at one another. Bob the Tomato raises his hand, and asks Mr. Jerrycone where Larry the Cucumber is, and Mr. Jerrycone tells Bob that Larry is apparently stuck in the bathroom. Bob the Tomato gasps, and tells Mr. Jerrycone that Bob will be right back. Bob gets out of Mr. Jerrycone's classroom and into the bathroom and finds out that Larry is caught in a wire. Bob the Tomato asks Larry if he's okay. Larry thanks Bob for coming in, and asks Bob to please help Larry out of the wire. Bob helps Larry out just in time, and then washes his hands before drying his hands, and then he and Larry walk to Mr. Jerrycone's science class, and Mr. Jerrycone thanks Bob for helping Larry get out of the bathroom. Mr. Jerrycone then continues talking about the seasons, and says that the next season that comes after winter is spring, where all the snow melts off, and all the flowers bloom, and all the bees start buzzing. Bob then remembers the time that he and Larry got stung by bees, after accidentally blowing bubbles near the beehive, and then the doctor discovered that Bob was actually allergic to bees. This leads to a flashback from Bob and Larry's Bee Sting. After the flashback ends, Mr. Jerrycone tells the class that the fun things you can do in the spring include bike riding and track, Mr. Jerrycone then talks about the third season, which is summertime. He explains that in the summer, the weather gets very hot. He also explains the summer is thunderstorm season. He then explains that the things you can do in the summertime are swimming, and going to the beach. Then, Mr. Jerrycone talks about the fourth season, which is called autumn. He explains that in the autumn time, the weather gets perfectly comfortable to be outside in. He explains that the leaves also start falling down in the autumn. He explains that the fun things you can do in the autumn is go for a bike ride, jump in leaves, and go Trick or Treating on Halloween. A 2 hours and 30 minutes later time card follows, and the students in Mrs. Bradfair's band class play Here Comes Santa Claus, Frosty the Snowman, Let It Snow, and The Liberty Bell March. The bell rings after the songs, and Mrs. Bradfair tells them to have a great weekend. Then, a 30 minutes later time card follows, and Bob the Tomato, and hid parents are playing a Go Fish picture game. Bob the Tomato's dad asks his son if he has a picture of a kid swinging at the park,, and Bob answers No, and tells his dad to go fish. Then, Bob's mom asks her husband if he has a picture of a kid walking his dog, and Bob's dad answers No, and tells her husband to go fish. Bob the Tomato asks his mom if she has a picture of a cat eating cat food, and his mom answers No, and tells Bob to go fish. A time card reading a few days later follows, and The Cafeteria Worker can't seem to find her hat at the cafeteria. Mr. Jerrycone asks her what her hat looked like, and The Cafeteria Worker answers that her hat was a green and red hat. Mr. Jerrycone tells her that he will look everywhere for her hat. First, he checks Mrs. Leader's classroom, then Mr. Squashy's classroom, then Mr. Jerrycone's classroom. The Cafeteria Worker groans and tells her that there has to be a few more rooms to look in. He checks a few more rooms, and the hat is still nowhere to be found. The Cafeteria Worker tells Mr. Jerrycone that she's very sad, because she needs her hat to work at the cafeteria, but the hat is still not here, She sadly tells Mr. Jerrycone that she might never find her hat again, and then she begins crying uncontrollably. Mr. Jerrycone tells her that he thinks he knows a place where she left it, and tells him that Jimmy Gourd must have accidentally taken The Cafeteria Worker's hat to the bus. A 3 hours later time card follows, and the bus arrives. Mr. Jerrycone checks the bus, finds the hat, and then gives it back to the Cafeteria Worker. The Cafeteria Worker thanks Mr. Jerrycone for finding the cat, and then Mr. Jerrycone tells her "You're welcome," and then Mr. Jerrycone begins crying tears of joy telling her that he's happy her hat is back, and then they both laugh and the episode fades out.

- This is the first episode from season 2
- This is also the first episode from the Dash and Dot era of PBS Kids. In this episode, since the purple background is used, it has the 1999 PBS Kids logo with Dot the girl running up to the screen. This also happens on other episodes with the purple background
- This is the first VeggieTales Kids episode to be animated in Maya animation. However, the lighting for the characters was dark this season. The dark lighting for the characters this season also remained the same in season 3, as well as the actual VeggieTales episodes King George and the Ducky, and Esther, The Girl Who Became Queen. Then in season 4 onwards, the lighting became much brighter, just like it did in VeggieTales episodes beginning with Lyle the Kindly Viking.
- This is the only episode that the Cafeteria Worker plays a major role.
- This is the first episode to have Oliver Grainger voice Larry the Cucumber.
- The voice Mary Kay Bergman uses for the Cafeteria Worker is the exact same voice she used when she voiced Jay Jay the Jet Plane
- Bob and Larry's Bee Sting actually aired 4 weeks after this episode, but this takes place before How Mr. Nezzer Stole Christmas, and after Bob and Larry's Bee Sting
- The sound of Mr. Jerrycone crying tears of joy was later heard when Patrick Star cried tears of joy in the SpongeBob SquarePants episode The Great Snail Race.
- This episode is dedicated to Jean Vander Pyl, who passed away from lung cancer almost 7 months before this episode aired.
- This is the first episode to have Christiane Crawford voice Mrs. Bradfair, due to Jean Vander Pyl's passing.

- In one scene of this episode The Cafeteria Worker is wearing Mr. Jerrycone's outfit.
