Bob receives a text message from a fan asking for advice on how to finish their workout program. First, Junior performs a skit about training for a big baseball game. Then, Bob tells the story of Daniel and the lions den. Larry then performs a silly song. Finally, Mr. Nezzer and Mr. Lunt perform a skit about sticking it out through tough times.
