God Wants Me To Forgive Them (OFFICIAL 1st edition VHS, 1994)

Tuesday, August 23, 1994

The prototype 1994 VHS of God Wants Me to Forgive Them!?! was made available for mail-order purchase on August 23, 1994. Like the first 500 copies of the previous episode Where's God When I'm S-Scared?, it does contain several differences from the final print of the episode, which was released one month later on October 28, 1994 by Word Entertainment and Everland Entertainment on VHS. It also uses cover and spine art similar to the first 500 copies version of said episode.

Differences

NOTE: Edits that are similar to the first 500 copies version of Where's God When I'm S-Scared? are marked with *.

  • The original 1993 VeggieTales theme song* (only except it has the finalized audio)
  • Minor edits throughout the whole thing*
  • Slower audio*
  • Credits at the end of each segment*
  • Lisa Vischer credited for the backing vocals in the Forgiveness Song
  • Bob is interrupted by the What We Have Learned Song.*
  • Some of QWERTY's sounds are missing.*

Trivia

  • In real life, this is the only other mail-order-style VHS officially created by Big Idea, aside from Where's God When I'm S-Scared?.
