On April 9, 2007, Leapfrog Enterprises released a LeapPad book and Cartridge adaptation of the 2006 VeggieTales episode, Gideon: Tuba Warrior. The narrator in the George Mueller story is Phil Vischer (in his Pa Grape voice), and the narrator in the main story (Gideon: Tuba Warrior) is Julie Stevens.

- Most of the music in this book and cartridge adaptation is recycled from the My First LeapPad interactive books and cartridges Tad's Silly Writing Fair, Dora the Explorer: To The Rescue, Jay Jay the Jet Plane: High Flying Adventures, Tad's Silly Number Farm, I Know My ABCs, and Thomas and Friends: Thomas and the School Trip. Interestingly all pages in this book use the tuba from the Leap-font
