On November 30, 2008, Paramount and PBS Kids re released Tomato Sawyer and Huckleberry Larry's Big River Rescue on DVD.
Differences[]
- The Paramount DVD Warning screen is used in place of the Word Warning screen
- After the preview for The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything, it has the Attack of the SpongeBob DVDs trailer, and the PBS Kids DVDs trailer
- The PBS Kidsvideo logo with Dash the boy, using the Dot audio comes after the previews and before the DVD menu at the beginning, and after the Big Idea logo before the DVD menu at the end.
Trivia[]
- This is the last VeggieTales release to use a bubbly background on the PBS Kids logo on the front and back cover. It has been used since the 2000 PBS Kids VHS of The Toy That Saved Christmas. Beginning with the next release, a band would be placed on the PBS Kids logo on the front cover.
- This is the last release to contain the PBS Kids DVD trailer.
- This is the last VeggieTales release to have PBS Kids release together with Paramount. After that, PBS Kids would release VeggieTales independently.
