Dance is the first episode of the first season of Big Idea's VeggieFriends!, and the first overall. It premiered on both Nick Jr. and PBS Kids on October 18th, 2010. This episode teaches an important lesson in dancing safety.

The episode begins with the VeggieFriends Theme Song (2010-2015), before cutting to a child-like version of Bob and Larry greeting the kids to VeggieFriends. Larry tells Bob how much he missed this place, even though Bob already told Larry that they filmed the 2004 VeggieFriends Pilot Episode here. Larry then gives a dumbfouned "oh", before hopping over to Bob and discovering that they got a letter from Junior's mother, Lisa Asparagus. Lisa wrote to them that their son, Junior, just turned two today, and she would like to teach her son how to dance, but she doesn't know the right techniques.
