Andrea Libman (born July 19, 1984) is a Canadian actress. She voiced many characters in many shows, including season 3 of X Men Evolution, Madeline, Dragon Ball, Dragon Tales (voicing a 6 year old girl named Emmy), VeggieTales Kids (voicing Laura Carrot) and the My Little Pony franchise (voicing Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy).

- The tone of voice she uses to voice Laura Carrot is later used when she voices Pinkie Pie 12 years later. This happened in the first 4 seasons. But in season 5, her tone of voice changed to the same tone of voice as Emmy from Dragon Tales, because Emmy's voice not as high as Pinkie Pie's was (despite the fact that My Little Pony came out later than Dragon Tales or VeggieTales Kids.
- Dragon Tales was also produced by the same company as VeggieTales Kids, and Sesame Workshop (known as CTW in the first season) worked hard to produce Dragon Tales. But unlike VeggieTales Kids, CINAR did not produce Dragon Tales. and Dragon Tales aired 1 year after VeggieTales Kids.
